Before this week I had never eaten pig skin in my whole life, hadn’t even thought about eating it either. Because I mean.. pig skin? That doesn’t sound appetising or edible at all.
But somehow, this week, not only did I get introduced to it, but I also went there a second time to eat it. It is surprisingly good actually, and apparently it’s really good for your skin (contains lots of collagen apparently)
